9.1. Operation of the Website and the services

Availability, continuity and usefulness. alhambratickets.co.uk uses all the technical and organisational means at its disposal to ensure the correct operation of the Website and the services. However, to the extent permitted by consumer protection legislation, it does not absolutely guarantee their availability and uninterrupted operation where this is due to force majeure, technical problems on the Internet, power cuts or other incidents beyond its reasonable control, and it excludes liability for damages arising from such temporary unavailability, without prejudice to the inalienable rights of consumers and users in the event of a breach of contract.

Privacy and security. alhambratickets.co.uk applies strict technical and organisational security measures but cannot guarantee the absolute invulnerability of its systems against malicious and unforeseeable attacks by third parties. Unless there is wilful misconduct or gross negligence in adopting those measures, it excludes liability for damage or alterations caused by unauthorised third parties, without prejudice to its obligations under data protection regulations (GDPR) and consumer legislation.

9.2. Content

Quality. alhambratickets.co.uk takes reasonable measures to keep the Website free of viruses and harmful elements. The User accepts that 100% absence of harmful elements introduced by third parties cannot be guaranteed, so liability is excluded for damage to the User's systems not directly attributable to a lack of technical diligence.

Lawfulness, reliability, usefulness, truthfulness and timeliness. alhambratickets.co.uk strives to keep the information on the Website accurate and up to date. To the fullest extent permitted by law and consumer legislation, it excludes liability for damages due to improper use of the Website by Users or to the temporary unsuitability of content that depends on external sources. 9.3. Services provided by third parties through the Website

alhambratickets.co.uk excludes liability for damages of any nature that may be due to services provided by third parties through the Website, except where consumer protection legislation (TRLGDCU) expressly prevents such exclusion or limitation of liability towards the end user.

In accordance with article 17 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), it assumes no liability for the operation, availability, accessibility or content of Linked Sites unless it has actual knowledge that the activity or information to which they refer is unlawful or harms third-party rights and has not acted diligently to remove or disable the link.

9.5. Use of the Website by Users

alhambratickets.co.uk has no obligation to, and does not, control the use Users make of the Website, the services and the Content, nor does it verify the identity of Users or the truthfulness, validity, completeness and/or authenticity of the data they provide. It excludes any liability for damages due to improper, unlawful or negligent use by Users, or to the impersonation of a third party, without prejudice to its obligations to cooperate with the competent authorities and always preserving the basic and inalienable rights of consumers and users (TRLGDCU).
